Quick Sticks
Our Quick Sticks sessions are a great way for players to work on their fitness and lacrosse skills--right before tryouts! Players will participate in speed and agility training as well as stick work with our 410 West coaching staff. This program targets high school and middle school players who are looking to get in shape and enhance their lacrosse skills.
