bio
Helen grew up in Maryland Heights, MO attending Pattonville High School and playing varsity lacrosse for 4 years. She also was a competitive swimmer for 7 years. After graduating, she is continuing her lacrosse career at Maryville University as an attacker. She finished her 2023 season an attacker with GLVC attacker of the week, IWLCA attacker of the week and GLVC Freshman of the Year 2023.
